Explain the relationship, catalyst or risk premium the strategy seeks to exploit. Be specific about what creates the opportunity and why it may persist.

Identify the Residual Risk

Relative-value and hedged positions can still carry liquidity, basis, funding and event risks. A useful introduction explains what the hedge does and what it leaves exposed.
