Draft website terms for visitors, prospective traders and capital partners. These terms describe the intended use of the FYFX Capital website; they are not a trading mandate or capital partnership agreement.
1. About FYFX Capital
FYFX Capital is a proprietary trading firm with a focus on discretionary, quantitative and alternative strategies. FYFX Capital is not a broker and does not accept client deposits. References to Hong Kong and Singapore describe our business positioning and do not establish regulatory authorisation or a particular contracting entity.
2. Information and Discussions
Website content provides a general introduction to our approach. It is not personalised investment advice, an offer of securities, a solicitation to deposit funds, or a promise to allocate capital. A conversation, registration or strategy review does not establish a commercial relationship. Any relationship requires due diligence and separately agreed written terms.
3. Strategy Submissions
Only submit material you are authorised to share. Clearly distinguish live, simulated and backtested performance, and explain relevant assumptions, costs and limitations. Do not submit third-party confidential information without permission. Confidentiality, intellectual property rights and permitted use of detailed strategy material should be agreed before sensitive information is exchanged.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the website lawfully and respect its security and other users. Do not impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website. Website content and third-party material remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights.
5. Availability and External Links
Content may change and may contain errors or omissions. External websites operate under their own terms. Logos, images and links do not by themselves establish endorsement or a commercial relationship. Nothing in this draft excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Accounts and Separate Agreements
The current Sign Up, Sign In and contact forms are previews. They do not create accounts, authenticate users or deliver enquiries. The sister brand FundYourFX operates separately; participation there does not guarantee acceptance by FYFX Capital. Any future live services will have applicable terms presented before use.
